Client Brief: Test and re-specify where necessary calculation and work flow suites, input to standard letters, develop administration procedure manuals and provide training for administrators.

Delivered: Working calculations, work flow suites, standard letter updates, tailored training courses for administrators, full set of procedure manuals and checklists.
